I am a Thai-born chef shaped by Italian craft cuisine, artisan gelato, and bakery, expressing identity, creativity, and passion refined simplicity
I am a Thai-born chef and an Italian citizen, working across Italian craft cuisine, artisan gelato, and bakery, with a deep knowledge of Thai cuisine. My culinary identity is shaped by the meeting of cultures, and at times I bring Italian and Thai techniques together, creating a natural dialogue between flavors, traditions, and craftsmanship.
Sustainability and craftsmanship are at the core of my work. I focus on premium local ingredients, responsibly sourced and carefully handled to preserve their natural character. My approach is based on simple yet innovative techniques that reduce waste, respect raw materials, and enhance flavor without excess.
I currently manage a culinary laboratory called TasteLab.th, a space dedicated to research, experimentation, and the development of crafted food concepts, where cuisine, gelato, and bakery meet sustainability, creativity, and contemporary craftsmanship.
