I have three years of experience working in restaurants, specializing in Italian, Asian, and contemporary Colombian haute cuisine. My passion lies not only in creating flavorful dishes but also in providing an exceptional customer experience. I studied Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at Fundación Universitaria del Área Andina in Bogotá, Colombia. I enjoy adapting recipes to create healthier versions without compromising on taste, and I am also trained in pastry. I now work as a freelance personal chef, offering services such as customized dining experiences, cooking classes, and meal prepping tailored to each client’s needs.
