Chef Pedro Rodríguez Cambero

This is our second time with Chef and his staff and as usual they were fantastic. They made kids meals for my four children and adult meals for me and our guests and everything ended up being exceptional the flavors were tremendous the presentation was excellent and we are happy that we’re going back again next year and using him again I highly recommend him as an in Villa Chef

The chef was amazing. I would definitely recommend him again for future services.

He was professional, his presentations impeccable , the tasted wonderful. My guest were truly impressed and all took pictures to post to their social media. Best idea I ever had getting my own private chef ! Love chef Pedro ! If I could award out Michelin stars out 2 ! Seriously he was very good !!!

Pedro brought a five-star restaurant experience directly to our villa. Over 3 dinners and 2 breakfasts for our family of 8, the food was delicious across the board — beautifully presented and made with fresh ingredients. The grilled lobster was the standout, but every dish landed, and the breakfasts (pancakes and French toast) were a real highlight too. Pedro was extremely easy to work with, flexible with menu adjustments, professional, and always on time. He handled shopping, cooking, service, and cleanup, and made hosting eight adults feel effortless. Highly recommend. Thank you, Pedro, for making our vacation!

Awesome service and food. The presentation was beautiful. He and his assistant very punctual and food was delicious. Would highly recommend!

Chef Pedro made our Dominican experience one to remember! He was professional, prompt, polite and the service was incredible. Our meal for 6 was prepared and cooked to perfection. I would definitely recommend Chef Pedro, and if we are ever back in DR we will absolutely hire him again. 10/10

Pedro was amazing and the food was great from beginning to end.

Chef Pedro wasn't available during the time of our stay in Punta Cana however, he did connect us to his assistant Chef Santana and let me tell you he made this trip extremely memorable. He was always punctual and attentive to our concerns. He made us feel at home and he never complained about anything. We truly enjoy all of the different meals he cooked for us and wouldn't have it any other way. Would definitely book with Chef Santana in any future stays.

Chef pedro food was amazing the food was exactly as described very well flavored i even had slight left overs and he accommodated our allergies everything was served hot and ready he even set the table for us i will definitely hire him again for his services.

Chef Pedro’s food was great! We had enough for leftovers too

We hired Pedro Rodriguez Cambero for dinner at our air bnb during a visit to the Dominican Republic. He was superb on all levels. He was friendly, punctual, professional, and kind. His food was made with love and was absolutely delicious. We recommended him to our air bnb host for their guests because everyone needs a taste of his food and he was so fantastic. Only the best things to say about Pedro. I will definitely use take a chef again for my next trip.

Our chef was great and very accommodating. Thank you for making my husband’s surprise birthday wonderful with delicious dishes.

Chef Pedro was incredible. He catered for our group of 14 for two full days, creating a great experience. His brunch dishes of pancakes/bacon/eggs/fruit and tres golpes de mangu were both incredible. His flank steak with argentinian chimichurri and mofongo and camarones ajillo were both amazing dinners on par with any great. He arrived on time, he didn't have any issues with the kitchen and helped clean up afterward, and was very kind to all members of the group. I would highly recommend him for any group cooking!

Chef Cambero was amazing. I explained what I wanted to eat and he gave me the options and style of my requests. He was so easy to communicate with and met all my requests and made suggestions. His energy carried over into the food and made the meal superb. I felt like i was with a family member he made the atmosphere comfortable. I highly recommend Chef Cambero and will be requesting him again.

Amazing Chef, Amazing Menu... 110%

Chef Pedro cooked us a great meal. He was completely flexible on the menu and was a good communicator. He arrived exactly on time and got right to work cooking. Our sancocho was delicious - much better than the sancocho we had at a restaurant later in the week. His bandera dominicana and majerete were also excellent. There was a lot of food and plenty of leftovers. He also cleaned up and left the kitchen absolutely spotless. I cannot think of a single negative. Everyone loved it!

What a magical evening for all 7 of us. The food was absolutely delicious! Clean up was perfect! It couldn't have been any better. We would recommend Chef Pedro and we would happily do this again. Thank you for the memories!

Chef Pedro Rodríguez Cambero provided exceptional service. From initial website contact to menu planning, his professionalism and patience were outstanding. He expertly accommodated each couple's preferences and maintained consistent communication throughout. Chef Pedro seamlessly executed his culinary magic while we enjoyed the beach and pool, even providing a delightful poolside bruschetta as a special treat. His meticulous attention to detail and the impeccably clean kitchen he left behind fully justified the cost. We were highly impressed with his performance. The spectacular Dominican meal, featuring generous portions that prompted multiple servings, was truly awe-inspiring. The lobster and pineapple salad with passion fruit vinaigrette was light and exquisite, and the traditional paella, a first for us, was simply amazing. Chef Pedro concluded the meal with a homemade Majarete, a perfect traditional dessert. Chef Pedro is not only an exceptional culinary professional, but also a remarkable person. We all highly recommended him! Sincerely, Tracey & Hugh, Suzie & Jim, Shelley & Andrew

My chef was great. He arrived on time and took care of us

Chef Pedro did a great job. He was communicative prior to the dinner, working with me on the menu, and then was prompt and professional on the night of the dinner, arriving at 3PM to prepare for the 7PM dinner. The food was creative, well prepared and very tasty, especially the whole red snapper fishes in a coconut sauce for our party of seven. Overall, it was a very positive experience and we would definitely do this again.
