Chef Eduardo and Chris were a great duo. Even though we were running late from a delayed boat trip, they still accommodated us and made amazing dishes. They cleaned up afterward and left the kitchen spotless.

Eduardo and Cris were AMAZING!!!! We hired Eduardo for our family Christmas dinner. It was the best filet mignon and shrimp we have ever had in our lives !!! From the planning phase through execution, Chef Eduardo exceeded expectations. He was responsive, collaborative, and went the extra mile by arranging an additional staff member to ensure flawless service. The menu was delicious and beautifully presented, with the quiche, breakfast toquitos, and ceviche standing out as our favorite items. Everyone had favorites, but nothing fell short. If we return, we’ll absolutely book him again. When we talked about our favorite parts of the trip having Chef and his team, including a bartender, were deemed some of the best parts.

Chef was amazing! Arrived on time and got everything going while we rested. We woke up to the house smelling amazing. Chef served each dish and explained to us so well. He did every special request I had perfectly. Everything looked so good and tasted amazing!!!! I highly recommend

I picked this particular Chef because he listened to what dishes or food we wanted and incorporated them into our menu no cut and paste job here. Great communication and flexible.
