I am a Mexican Professional Chef with 20 years of experience in different restaurantes, I believe happiness is an important part of cooking.

I Studied the Certificate in Culinary Arts at the Culinary Institute of America.

I own the Restaurante A Mar y Sierra in Puerto Vallarta in Versalles Neighborhood, where we Cook Contemporary Mexican Cuisine the same that I offer to my customers. I believe as a Chef we can create memorable experiences and I`m very proud of our Mexican food Culture and I show it in most of my dishes, in an upscale cuisine.

I have collaborated with Michelin Star Chefs, and I've been guest Chef in different Festivals like Taste of Vail in Colorado, and in the Best Festivals in Vallarta and in the Mayan Riviera.
