Venezuelan, bassist, and musician before becoming a chef, Pedro Bermúdez is deeply passionate about his craft and the cuisine of his homeland, Venezuela. He graduated from Le Gourmets Cooking Academy in his hometown of Valencia, where he built a strong foundation in classic culinary techniques.

His cuisine blends the exotic and vibrant flavors of Venezuelan gastronomy with creativity, personality, and a rock-inspired spirit. Drawing from his background in music, Pedro approaches cooking with rhythm, emotion, and originality, crafting dishes that are bold, expressive, and full of character.
