Hello, my name is Perla, also known as Perlita. I am a Mexican sailor cook who divides her life between the sea and the land, bringing the best of both worlds to every culinary experience I create.
With over 10 years of cooking experience and 6 years sailing, my cuisine is deeply influenced by travel, culture, and adaptability. I specialize in designing personalized menus for my clients, often incorporating mixology to perfectly complement each dish and elevate the overall experience. Every menu is thoughtfully adapted to your preferences, occasion, and setting.
My greatest inspiration has always been my mother, who taught me not only how to cook, but how to share love, tradition, and identity through food. While my academic background is in journalism, my passion for adventure and storytelling naturally found its way into the kitchen. I don’t just cook, I share my culture, my journey, and my spirit through every plate.
