I am a professional chef whose culinary journey began at the age of 15 in a small seafood restaurant in the rural area of Ixtapa. From the very beginning, my curiosity and passion for gastronomy inspired me to continuously learn, grow, and refine my craft.

Driven by that passion, I pursued formal culinary training at the Universidad Tecnológica de Bahía de Banderas, where I strengthened my technical foundation and expanded my culinary knowledge. Since then, I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of renowned kitchens and restaurants, constantly challenging myself to grow and evolve as a chef.

My professional experience includes respected establishments such as Tintoque, Grand Velas, Fantasy Springs Casino, and Indian Wells Country Club, among others. These experiences have allowed me to develop a versatile culinary style, combining strong technical execution with creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.

Today, I bring together the lessons learned from each stage of my journey to create memorable dining experiences, always striving to exceed expectations through exceptional flavors, quality ingredients, and genuine hospitality.
