I am a passionate chef who love cooking and bringing joy through food
I am a private chef with more than 10 years experience working on luxury private sailing yachts. I have been creating menu and cooking flavorful dishes around the world in some of the most extreme environment and loved it! My approach when cooking is to find the perfect balance between food that is delicious and as healthy as possible. I enjoy crafting menu tailored to the preferences and needs of my clients and I can adapt my cuisine to any dietary requirement; vegan, macro, keto/paleo, gluten free, etc. I am well versed in a variety of cuisine from Mediterranean, French, Italian, Thai, Japanese, Indian, Mexican, etc. I also love honoring my root and offering some delicious comforting dishes from Quebec. I thrive in creating elevated and gourmet meals. I always try to source the best, local, organic, sustainable and in season ingredients.
I maintain a high standard of safety, hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen throughout the process of provisioning, prepping, cooking and serving.
