Professional Chef with over 15 years of experience in the culinary industry, specializing in Italian and Brazilian cuisine. Born and raised in Brazil, a country celebrated for its rich culinary traditions and vibrant culture, I discovered my passion for Italian cuisine after moving to Montreal in 2011.
I graduated from the Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ) and further refined my skills through advanced culinary training at ALMA – The International School of Italian Cuisine in Colorno, Italy.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in some of Montreal's most respected restaurants and hospitality establishments, including Joe Beef, Liverpool House, Buonanotte, Da Vinci, and the Marriott Hotel. These experiences allowed me to master classical and contemporary techniques, work with exceptional ingredients, and develop a strong commitment to quality, consistency, and excellence.
Building on this foundation, I founded Churras BBQ, a catering company specializing in authentic Brazilian barbecue. As an entrepreneur and chef, I oversee menu development, operations, and client experience, combining traditional Brazilian flavors with professional culinary standards to create memorable dining experiences.
