Chef Marcel Gauthier

I began my training as a chef in the style of classic french cuisine. Since then I have the great honor of working with many great chefs in many techniques. Truthfully I really have learned the most from the moms and grandmas of my family and friends. I think my greatest quality is the ability accommodate the varied needs of the group such as dietary requirements various personal preferences at the same event. It is my belief that as a chef it is most important to meet the needs of all the guests. Currently my favorite meals are seafood based with heavy asian influences. Thanks to all the great people in my life sharing family recipes and cooking tricks. I can pretty much tackle most cuisine styles
