Inventing and re-inventing, Chef Nacim creates with the Seasons in mind, finding that it ensures a constant variety, and providing the best food quality possible. Chef Nacim's talent has made him one of the best students of the Institute of Culinary Arts Le Cordon Bleu. And he has also been named one of the 10 best chefs in Vancouver in 1999, also obtaining a 1st Place Canadian Gold Plate in 1999. Refining his craft beside World renowned chefs such as Daniel Boulud, and creating in Fine Dining restaurants such as LE GAVROCHE (Vancouver B.C), chef Nacim was then invited to be EXECUTIVE CHEF for the wedding of Justin Trudeau & Family, at the St. James Hotel downtown montreal. With several years of study in & out of the kitchen, he began to realize his true passion. The passion to create, and the satisfaction of success in his creations.
