Chef Richard cooked the most delicious feast for my husband’s 50th birthday dinner in La Paz! Immediately upon submitting my request, he sent me the most incredible menu which surprisingly even exceeded our expectations! My husband said it was the best birthday ever and he would hire him to cook for him every day if he could! We absolutely loved the meal and could not stop talking about it during our entire trip throughout all of Baja. It was one of the best (if not the best) meal we had and we ate a ton of delicious food! Thank you for helping to make his birthday so special. And thank you to Sandra for taking care of us all so well. ❤️
