About Me
Originally from Belgium, I’ve travelled extensively, constantly enriching my culinary skills and diversifying my repertoire. Since 2000, I’ve worked as a private chef — occasionally for families at home and full-time on yachts — offering tailored, high-end cuisine wherever I am.
I focus on crafting fresh, tasty, local, and elegantly presented dishes, letting each ingredient tell its own story. My passion for sourcing the best fresh, seasonal, and local produce guides my creativity. I love sailing, skiing and paraglidong, and living close to the mountains is a true blessing that inspires both my lifestyle and my cuisine. I am equally passionate about wine pairing and enjoy delivering a complete, immersive gastronomic experience to my guests.
At best, I like to begin by discussing your culinary wishes and expectations. I then explore the freshest seasonal products available and design a personally tailored menu just for you — combining your preferences with my touches, inspirations, and signature recipes.
