I earned my stripes in Paris at Le Meurice, perfecting classic French techniques while absorbing a culture of exacting excellence. Over the years, I have shaped that heritage into a modern style where flavour, artistry and nutrition work in harmony.
My clientele now includes professional footballers and members of the French national team, so every menu balances gastronomic indulgence with performance-driven nutrition. Whether it is a post-match recovery feast or a celebratory tasting menu, each dish is calibrated for both pleasure and purpose.
