Venezuelan chef based in Switzerland, passionate about bringing cultures together through food and creating memorable culinary experiences inspired.
I’m originally from Venezuela and have been living in Europe for the past 10 years. This journey has enriched my perspective on food and introduced me to different culinary traditions and cultures. I’m currently based in Switzerland, where I continue to share my passion for cooking and exploring new flavours.
My speciality is Venezuelan cuisine, especially hallacas, a traditional dish that holds a special place in my heart. I’m proud to have won a cooking competition in Barcelona, Spain, with this iconic Venezuelan dish. I also have experience with Mediterranean and international cuisine, allowing me to combine different flavours, techniques, and traditions in my own creative way.
As a chef, I want to offer more than just a meal. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming, and personalised dining experience where every guest feels at home.
