Chef Bastian Sibilia

I'm a self educated chef that works on yachts for the summer season and winter season in Courchevel for UHNWI. I have over 10 years experience in Hospitality from entry level to management position across the world. I lived for two years in Santa Cruz de la Sierra in Bolivia where I created from scratch two F&B concepts, one dealing with healthy living products and the other one, was an international tapas and wine bar. I also lived and worked in China, Africa, London, Miami, Paris mainly for five star hotel such as Kempinski and Dorchester Collection and as well in high end restaurant. I'm always delighted to meet new people and ensure they are enjoying my whole service from grocery to setting table, cooking, serving and cleaning. I have been living and exploring the world for many years that gives me the ability to reproduce and adapt international cuisine to local ones.
