Chef Christophe Stock

I am a French chef originally from the South of France, where growing up surrounded by fresh Mediterranean ingredients first inspired my passion for cooking. After studying catering, I began building my career in professional kitchens and later spent around ten years working in London. I then returned to Paris, where I worked in renowned restaurants including Maxim’s and Fouquet’s Restaurant, gaining experience alongside respected chefs and developing my knowledge of classic French cuisine and modern techniques. My career later brought me to Jersey, where I worked at several hotels before becoming Head Chef at Hotel de France and La Terrasse Restaurant and Bar. My cooking combines my French heritage with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and the techniques and influences I have gathered throughout my career.
