Chef Gruette Anthony

As the son of a former cook, I grew up understanding both the passion and dedication that a career in the kitchen requires. Following this path was a challenge I willingly embraced, and throughout my career I have continued to push myself, learn, and grow until reaching the position of Head Chef. I have worked in different restaurants, always willing to step outside my comfort zone and take on new challenges to improve my craft. One of the most important experiences in my journey was moving to Miami, which gave me a new perspective both personally and professionally. Today, I continue to approach cooking with curiosity, creativity, and humility, constantly exploring new techniques and sources of inspiration. My goal is to create food that is not only delicious but also visually beautiful and memorable for every guest.
