I have 33 years of experience in the culinary field.

I was proudly awarded one Michelin stars in Italy (2008 from Locanda del Pilone Alba Piedmont).

I like to share my passion, my culture, and enjoy with clients and colleagues. I like to think of serving a dish that I would like to eat first and explain the thought behind the dishes
