I have had a love of cooking all my life. Starting my career with Compass group delivering high quality industrial catering. I developed to working with 3 of the leading restaurants in London, The Square, Foliage at the Mandarin Oriental, and Maze London. Recruited by the Taj Palace Hotel in Delhi to run the French fine dining restaurant and then the Four Seasons as executive sous chef in the Maldives at Kuda Huraa, where I was acting executive chef for 10 months.

I bring with me a wide variety of cuisines and styles from simple family dinners to elaborate fine dining that will wow your guests.
