I make Mediterranean cuisine with local products from different neighboring farms and I have my own garden. I cook fish and meat on the BBQ.
I am 38 years old and have 20 years of experience in different kitchens with Michelin stars and Luxury Villas.
Feeding is something that I take very seriously so I have my own organic garden 100% and share it with my clients.
I also organize visits to different farmers on the island so that we all know where we feed.
Confidence is gained by starting from a good fresh product to the dish itself.
