Passion and love for the kitchen

I'm a professional cook 16 years ago, starting my career in Argentina working in the best restaurants in Buenos Aires. At 19 years old travel to learn from the high kitchen by Martin Berasategui and tragabuches in Ronda where I fall in love and install myself in this wonderful city. Five years ago I'm gonna do a lot of cooking in houses and luxury villas trying to get the client to feel like a restaurant at home.
