I am an Italian born chef working in LA. I spent my young years on my Nannas kitchen in Sicily, stirring Risotto for hours in a day ( it really was my favorite house chore). At 18 I decided I wanted to do my favorite activity for living, and I wanted to be the best. That is why I enrolled in Culinary School in Paris, the food Mecca at the time. Through the years I have continued to enrich my culinary path by choosing to work on the highest regarded restaurants in Italy. I know own my own restaurant, and in my free time I teach kids in the area to make fresh pasta.
