I'm passionate about cooking, a lover of beauty and goodness

I started cooking professionally 20 years ago in my parents' restaurant. My mother and my grandfather were my teachers. I worked in my restaurant, at the Trattoria del Sole in Ibiza and for the past three years I have been cooking in private residences. I love to spoil my clients with traditional dishes paying attention to the quality and seasonality of the ingredients. My specialty is cooking raw fish and cooked with the old recipes of my grandfather fisherman, but I also love vegetables and meat. I am well organized and I leave everything clean and in order. I like cooking to satisfy people as if I were the mother who cooks for her children. In fact, my clients call me "Mama Paola".
