I did my studies as a Technician in gastronomy, in the haute cuisine school of Malaga, and then I went beyond my knowledge in this art in a master in dietetics and nutrition. He worked in restaurants such as "El Celler de Can Roca", "Oyarbide", large hotels such as Ritz Carlton, and michelin star restaurants.

This knowledge has helped me to put them into practice with a healthy, simple cuisine. A blend of the fusion product with quality, accompanied by love and the most traditional technique that my grandmother taught me. But always from affection.

I am currently working as a kitchen teacher at the Les Roches university management school as a cooking teacher.
