Mehmet prepared dinner for us and our guests at our home in Lyon, and it was genuinely one of the most refined and memorable culinary experiences we’ve had in quite some time. What impressed us most was not only the exceptional quality and flavour of the dishes, but also the way he narrated the stories behind each course. His sense of timing was impeccable, the kitchen was kept immaculately clean throughout the evening, and every detail was handled with remarkable care and professionalism. He served a wide variety of dishes, many of them presented in creative and unexpected ways. Altogether, it felt far beyond an ordinary dinner it was a thoughtfully curated gastronomic experience.

We booked Chef Mehmet for a very special occasion – our 10-year wedding anniversary – and the evening exceeded all expectations. From the very beginning, communication was professional, clear, and thoughtful. On the evening itself, the chef brought a calm confidence into our home and immediately created a fine-dining atmosphere. The menu was exceptional. The Sushi and Wakame was a Perfect starter on our Journey into the japanese/ peruvian kitchen. The ceviche was vibrant and perfectly balanced, and the fresh tuna with soy and lime was delicate and beautifully seasoned. The Lomo Saltado was outstanding – tender, flavorful, and elevated far beyond what we have experienced in restaurants. The sesame–yuzu cheesecake was an elegant and refined finish to the evening. Beyond the food, what truly stood out was the overall experience. The kitchen was handled professionally, everything was left spotless, and we were able to fully relax and enjoy being taken care of in our own home. My wife was completely surprised and deeply touched. It turned our anniversary into an unforgettable memory. We would highly recommend Chef Mehmet and would not hesitate to book again. Communication was clear, friendly, and professional, and he really listened to what we wanted instead of pushing a fixed menu. I planned a small and quiet birthday dinner for my husband in Bregenz Hafen and contacted Mehmet through Instagram. From the beginning, communication was easy and clear. We were looking for something simple, personal, and focused on fresh ingredients and balanced flavors, and that’s exactly what we got.The planning was done carefully in advance, including timing and the flow of the evening. Everything happened as agreed, without delays or stress, and in some cases Mehmet even did more than what we initially discussed. The seafood-based Kinto Nikkei menu was light and well balanced. The freshness of the ceviche and hamachi carpaccio was very noticeable. The octopus main course was cooked perfectly tender and full of flavor. Dessert was light and refreshing, a very nice way to end the evening. The service felt calm and well organized, and the kitchen was left clean afterward.Overall, this was a smooth and professional private chef experience. I would happily recommend Mehmet and would contact him again for another special occasion.

Mehmet provided us with an incredible and amazing Christmas Eve dinner. The food was so delicious and expertly packaged, as we requested advance delivery. He provided exact details for reheating and serving each item and provided excellent communication. Portions were very generous, food was perfectly prepared and seasoned. The whipped ricotta appetizer was amazing, tenderloin was perfectly prepared, and the tiramisu was spectacular. We were so impressed and so well fed! Highly recommended Mehmet!
