Experienced Chef who loves crafting unique dishes that blend creativity with comforting flavors, often bringing back cherished childhood memories.

I have been working in the culinary industry for 10 years, having studied at a private culinary school in Crete. My journey began with traditional Cretan cuisine, a rich gastronomic world where local products and pure ingredients create truly impressive flavors. From there, I expanded my skills into Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, expolring the diversity and depth of regional techniques and tastes. In recent years I fell in love with Peruvian cuisine, its vibrant character and Japanese influences have ignited my creativity and transformed the way I approach flavor combinations. Now based in Austria, I am passionate about bringing my culinary knowledge to people's tables, crafting dishes that blend tradition, innovation and authentic taste experiences.
