I am a professional Chef that has been working for 12 years cooking many cuisines in restaurants, hotels and big events.
I have been working as a contract/casual chef for around close to 6 years now for a company called Pinnacle People in Melbourne. I am send to.hotels, restaurants, events, cafes, buffet, catering and many others. I've worked with many different cuisine from Asian, European, Modern Australian and many others. Our main job is to send to a client and to fulfill and help the client needs in terms on their preferences. therefore, flexibility is always in my principle as long as it's ethical. I enjoy cooking and I love food. I am happiest when I am cooking and I love to share my experience with other people. After working in so many places from small cafes to restaurants to hotels to big events, I find myself happiest when I am cooking for a small group of people when the pace is a lot slower and I have a good amount of time to think and appreciate the food and ingredients I am using and do more research around them. Thats why from time to time I love to cook for my friends and families because I believe food is not for show but to actually bring people together and happiness.
