I am a professional chef with more than 14 years of Experience, I trained under Francesco Apreda, 1 Michelin star; Gaggan Anand (best restaurant in Asia 5 years in a raw), Grant Achatz in Chicago, 3 Michelin stars and Shinobu Namae san In Tokyo, 3 Michelin star.
I have experience in Italian, Japanese, French, Thai and Indian cuisine.
