My passion for cooking started at a very young age and began alongside my maternal grandmother when preparing "moquecas capixabas" in Vitória, ES, Brazil. Over time, I started helping an uncle with weekend barbecues. From an early age, I had the opportunity to frequent good bars and restaurants and be alongside excellent chefs, developing my palate and good taste.
