I am an Executive Chef originally from Greece, with over 8 years of experience in London, as well as professional experience in Canada and Mykonos.
During my time in London, I was part of a team awarded two Michelin stars, an experience that shaped my approach to precision, creativity, and high-end gastronomy.
My culinary style is inspired by Mediterranean cuisine, combined with influences from French, Italian, Greek, and Japanese cooking. I focus on creating refined dishes with bold flavors, modern techniques, and elegant presentation.
I consider myself a creative and detail-oriented chef, always aiming to deliver a restaurant-level experience in the comfort of your home. At the same time, I bring a friendly and relaxed energy to every service — professional, focused, but also enjoyable for my guests.
Each menu I create is fully personalized, designed around the preferences of my clients to ensure a unique and memorable dining experience.
