I am an American chef living in Basel Switzerland. An avid home cook since the age of 10 making cooking videos in my mom's kitchen, to now a professional cook trained in Michelin star kitchens around the world. I started my career at 17 years old at the 3 Michelin starred Eleven Madison Park in NYC where I am originally from. It was there that I met my now husband and moved here to the beautiful Switzerland. My culinary strengths are vegan/ vegetarian cuisine, french pastry, and Mediterranean/ seafood. I am trained in both savory and pastry making me well versed and able to deliver whatever you may request. On a more personal note, I am an avid reader, yogi, and language learner. I make victorian lampshades as a hobby and love to walk/ explore new places. I would describe myself as extroverted but quiet and focused when I have a task at hand, whatever it may be.
