I am tidy, creative, spontaneous, charismatic and attentive to detail.

I started cooking at the age of 10 as I was very passionate about gastronomy.

Competitor in many national and international competitions (Romania, Spain, Korea, Turkey, Italy).

I am passionate about grills and slow cooked food on wood fire but I also know how to cook fine dining or molecular cuisine.

I started learning English when I came to Switzerland, but I know Spanish very well.
