I'm an experienced Executive Sous Chef from Switzerland. Cooking is my passion!

I’m Benjamin — an experienced Executive Sous Chef from Switzerland. Cooking is my passion and my talent, and I want you to benefit from my skills.

Currently I work as a freelance Chef in Verbier, and previously I have been working in a Michelin Star restaurant in Fletschhorn, Saas Fee, Switzerland, (Executive Sous Chef). I have also worked in France, Spain, England & Ireland, thereforth know a variety of cuisines).

My strengths are excelling under pressure, working autonomously and as a team, initiative, the will to succeed and, of coarse, unlimited creativity.

I’m a people person — great at communicating, delegating tasks and I prioritise and organise efficiently. When required, I assume responsibility with full leadership, when needed to represent an Executive Chef.

Furthermore, I thrive cooking in front of an audience, I enjoy creating a show — a sensory dining experience for the diners.

Quality and fresh food is of utmost importance to me, equally, I believe the overall kitchen hygiene must be kept to the highest standard.
