My cuisine is a mix of my life, grown up in Spain but raised traveling around the world, living in different countries in Europe, Asia, Australia and America.
I love mixing different techniques, both traditional and creative to give my dishes my personal signature, using always the freshest and high-qualIty products, giving them `mediterrasian´ flavors.
I remember helping my mum cooking at the age of 6.
Once I was grown up with 16 years, I attended a 2-year cooking degree at culinary school in Valencia.
Later, I was absorbed by cooking and I was lucky to work with Quique Dacosta a 3 Michelin starred chef or Manolo De La Osa and Rodrigo De La Calle, both starred with one.
