Looking for ingredients in public spaces, up cycling leftovers and valuing every drop - for better drinking

Educated in Crafts, Design and Architecture I lost my heart to cooking and mixology. The awareness and admiration for nature let me rethink conventional bartending. This lead to the creation of a no-waste bar in Bologna and a cocktail and spirits portfolio following this approach as an industry first. Now you can learn how to make cocktails and bar food at home with natural ingredients, traditional methods and definitely in ways that nobody has shown you before.

My dream is a wholistic drinking culture integrated into the seasonal change of nature.
