I am a Mexican-Spanish private chef with over 12 years of experience, with strong foundations in Latin and Mediterranean cuisine. My cooking is rooted in Mexican and Spanish traditions and refined through international experience in Michelin-starred restaurants such as Quique Dacosta and Disfrutar, as well as Boragó in Chile. I have worked across Mexico, Spain, the United States and Switzerland, including exclusive venues like Carriage House in Palm Beach, Yellowstone Club in Montana and luxury environments in St. Moritz. I bring extensive experience in high-end banquets, private events and luxury service, working with premium products such as Wagyu through Palm Beach Meats. My style blends technique, global influences and a personal approach to create elegant, memorable and tailored dining experiences.
