I am professional of the gastronomie with 9 years of experience. I started my Carreer in Girona Spain, where I worked with the Roca brothers in the fine dining Michelin star restaurant Celler de Can roca. After one year I started to traveling and cooking in Latin america, learning all the amazing techniques and ingredients that my culture can provide. Currently I live in Switzerland where I’ve been learning about this culture, food and nice nature.
