Cooking it’s a true love for me ; I cooking Italian cuisine with British/French influences , fresh pasta it’s my must ,
I’m a professional chef with 20 years of experience ; I started very early, at 15 yo.
I had great experience in Michelin starred restaurants in London for 10years and few years in Italy, Liguria county .
I moved to Crans Montana few months ago, working with a friend of mine in a restaurant but looking for some fun cooking in private events o diner .
