Get to know me better
Extremely passionate, highly trained and highly motivated, I do what I love,always with a smile.
I am a professional chef with 12 years experience in high end establishments. I studied culinary arts in my homeland of Malta and started off my career working in Michelin starred restaurant Le Violon d'Ingres in Paris. Here, I worked with Christian Constant (ex. Le Crillon, Ritz Paris 2 Michelin stars) and learnt authentic French cuisine in a tough, fast paced environment.
After a few other stints, I opened up my own gastronomic restaurant in Malta and was voted number one restaurant of the island, 4 years in a row.
I sold my restaurant after 6 successful years and decided to move to Switzerland. Here I worked closely with Robert Speth (The Chesery, Gstaad, one Michelin star). My most recent experience was as head chef at Restaurant Fusion, Lausanne. Here I integrated my classical French cooking with my Japanese heritage to create a high end gastronomical experience to locals and visitors alike.
I am now looking for a new challenge that can further enhance my knowledge and experience whilst sharing my passion and joy for the thing I love most: cooking.
