I am professional Chef with 30 years experience around the globe , worked in 2-3 * Michelin restaurants, and own my own brand . Versatile in Italian , French, Spanish , Thay, Asian cusine . I was a part of the Alain Ducasse school in Paris and London , worked with Thomas Keller at The French Loundry California , I was the Executive Chef at San Domenico New York . Since 2018 I am one of the chef at the private Duolifeyacht.com catamaran. Now living in Switzerland and working as a Chef ,
