Chef with more than 20 years of experience, passionate about fusion cuisine and specialized in national, Asian and international cuisine.
I am a cook who has worked in many parts of the world. I started more than 20 years ago at the cooking school in Malaga. From there I go through the national gastronomy in Malaga, Seville, Catalonia, Madrid, the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands above all. I have also worked in South America, Central Africa, Southeast Asia, the United Arab Emirates. I have a great tour of quality restaurants all over the world and specializing in sushi. 7 years ago I started working as a private chef in Ibiza and some other places and 3 years ago I opened my own restaurant on the island of Ibiza. Now I am in Saint Moritz working at the Kenpinksi hotel and with the possibility of offering dinners and private events.
