I am a professional chef with 7 years experience in the culinary world. I studied at the culinary school of Sevilla and in the culinary school of Jaén for 4 years the first and one the second then i was working in Skina in Marbella with 2*michelin and Ramon freixa with 2* michelin also, after that i was working in my home Seville and i continue studying more doing a gastronomy master for be chef teacher then i move to other countries for learn and work and finally i move to Gstaad for settled here and continue learning about other country and try to increase myself and cooking the best i can for persons who loves my cuisine, i hope you enjoy if you contact me and its going to be a pleasure.
