My name is Lars Göransson and I am from Sweden. I went to culinary school and culinary arts at Umeå university and since 2010 I have been living abroad in London and almost 1 year in Singapore. I have recently moved to Zug in Switzerland.
I have worked between 2010-2014 and 2015-2022 for 3 Swedish ambassadors in London at their residence.
My main inspiration and culinary style is the nordic cuisine with portions of Italian and French cuisine.
