Passionate about cooking Italian cuisine.

I am professional chef with 20+ years of experience. I started when I was at the University, I am a mechanical engineer, as well, working in the power sector, but spent years in Italian restaurants, mainly during summer season as sous chef. The cuisine I propose is the typical Italian and Mediterranean, based on fish but I can also make traditional dishes like carbonara, arrabbiata, cacio e pepe, aglio olio e peperoncino, parmigiana, professional pizza.... and sweets (Sicilian desserts).
