I come from a humble neighborhood in the Raval district of Barcelona. I started washing dishes and, over 11 years, I’ve grown my passion and skills, especially in sushi and Asian cuisine. I also love cooking Mediterranean, Spanish, Italian, and French dishes—and making desserts to finish the meal perfectly. I’ve had the chance to work in kitchens across Barcelona, Ibiza, Florence, Geneva, and Bern, including a great learning experience at Oria by Martín Berasategui. Now, as a private chef, I bring all that love, hard work, and creativity straight to your table.
