A gastronomic experience to feed the soul, all the senses and the body.

I am a professional chef with 8 years of experience, 3 of them in restaurants and the last 5 as a private chef.

I studied functional gastronomy in São Paulo in Brazil, functional nutrition in Portugal and have had experiences in various kitchens and private events in Brazil, Italy, Germany, Switzerland and Portugal.

I specialize in Mediterranean cuisine, as well as dietary needs such as gluten-free, dairy-free, low carb, plant-based diets, among others.

But inspired by the cuisines of the world that I bring with me on every trip I take.
