I am a 37 years old chef coming from Ticino Switzerland.
i graduated as chef in 2001 and in Hotel Manager in 2010 ..i like travel and make new experiences. I love my job as chef and i think there is always something to learn and to improve; for that reason i am always looking for some new fresh recipes and ingredients that reflects the acutal trends.
