I am emmanuel, I m 42 years old, chef for 20 years now. I m french but my specialty is thai cuisine. I opened 10 very successful restaurant in parks before moving to Switzerland. My cuisine is inspired by the Bangkok street food but can be also much more gastronomic. I cook gluten free and vegan.
